John Kerker

John Kerker was born in eastern Switzerland, probably in the town of Frieburg, near St Gall. He married a woman named Rose and migrated to America in the late 1800s with a number of his children.

Unlike many immigrants, the Kerkers were university educated.

John and Rose Kerker had several children.
