Donna Van Keuren was born ca. 1957 in the state of Virginia. She was the oldest child of Gordon Harry Van Keuren and Regina (Jean) Clark. Donna Van Keuren married Frank Musgrove, and they had two boys:
Donna and Frank lived in Texas, Europe, and the middle East.
