You can select member contractor restrictions that start and end within a specific range of dates.
First, you are asked for the beginning date of the date range.
Restriction start date (MMDDYYYY)? FIRST___ Enter FIRST to start with the earliest restriction |
Press [Enter] to accept the default of "FIRST" or enter "first" to start with the oldest restriction date.
Enter a start date in MMDDYYYY format.
Next, you are asked for the ending date in the date range.

Press [Enter] to accept the default of "LAST" or enter "last" to end with the latest date.
Enter an end date in MMDDYYYY format.
You are asked if you want to include only the open restrictions or all restrictions.

Select "No" to include all restrictions regardless of their status.

If only one restriction meets the selection criteria, information on that restriction is displayed. For example:

After you press [Enter], you are returned to the member name/ID prompt.
If more than one contractor restriction meets the selection criteria, a list of the restrictions is displayed. For example:

To review a restriction, select that item from the menu.
After a restriction is selected from the list of restrictions, information for that restriction is displayed.
After you review the restriction data, press [Enter] to display the list of restrictions again. You can then review other restrictions, or create a restriction report list.

To create a report of the selected restrictions, select the "Create
report" item on the restriction records menu.

The REPDISPFRM - Reprint Dispatch Form menu option is used to print or reprint dispatch forms.
You select which dispatch forms to print or reprint by entering member name/ID, employer/contractor, and/or referral dates.

The following sections describe the prompts displayed when you print or
reprint dispatch forms.
As you select your criteria, your selections are displayed in the upper portion of the screen. If you need to go back to a previous prompt and make a change, continuously press <F2> until you are at the prompt you want to change.
You are asked for the member name or member ID.

Enter "ALL" to include all members.
Enter a member name or member ID.
You are asked for the employer/contractor.

Enter "all" to include all employers/contractors.
Enter one or more characters of the employer ID or short name.
If more than one employer ID begins with the entered characters, a menu of employers is displayed. You can then select an employer from the list. For example:

Only a single employer can be selected.
You can select dispatch forms that were created during a specific time period.
First, you are asked for the referral start date of the time period you want.

Enter a referral start date in MMDDYYYY format.
Next, you are asked for the end date of the referral date range.

Enter "LAST" to include the most current referral dates.
Enter an end date in MMDDYYYY format.
If more than one member is found, a menu list of the members is displayed, and you can select the members that you want to print dispatch forms for. For example:

You can select one, several or all members.
You are asked what output option that you want to do.

Select "Print Dispatch Form" if you want to print the dispatch forms to your screen or port.
Select "E-mail Dispatch Form" if you want to email the dispatch forms. If this option is selected, you will be asked for an email address.
Select "Finished With Outputs" when you are done printing or emailing.
If you elect to print the dispatch forms, you are asked if you want to proceed with creating the dispatch forms.

Enter the email address where you want to send the dispatch forms. The address can be up to 50 characters in length.
After the email address is entered, you are asked if you want to email the dispatch forms to the entered address.

The SIGNIN - Meeting Sign In Sheet menu option is used to create sign in sheets for meetings.
You enter the meeting date that the sign in sheets are to be created for. The sign in sheets list active members names with lines for the members to sign their names. The sign in sheets are in alphabetical order.
The member's current status and eligibility to vote can optionally be printed on the sign in sheet.

After SIGNIN is selected from the menu, the meeting sign in sheet input
screen is displayed.

116.2 Prompts and Responses
The following sections describe the prompts displayed when you create
meeting sign in sheets.
You are asked for the affiliate ID.
Note: If you are a local affiliate user, the affiliate ID and name are displayed, and this prompt is skipped.

If a default affiliate ID is provided and it is correct, you can press [Enter] to accept the default. Otherwise, enter the appropriate affiliate ID.
The affiliate ID is required. The affiliate must be active, and exist in the affiliate file.
You can enter the affiliate number which is a number from 1 to 99999, or enter the entire affiliate ID.
After the affiliate ID is entered, the affiliate name is displayed.
You are asked for the date of the meeting.

Enter the meeting date in MMDDYYYY format.
The date must be today or a future date.
You are asked if you want to page break alphabetically, that is when the first letter of the last name changes.
