The following sections describe the prompts displayed when a checkoff type record is deleted.
You are asked for the affiliate ID. Usually, this is the council affiliate ID, because the council often sets up the checkoff type records.
Note: If you are a "local" affiliate user, the affiliate number and name are displayed, and the affiliate ID prompt is skipped.

Members on out of work lists, must call in every XXX days (i.e. 30 days) to remain eligible for job referrals.
The REFDISPATCHMN menu option is used by the affiliates to set up the cycle/number of days that members on "out of work" lists need to call in to remain eligible for job referrals, and what action to take if members do not call in.
When a member is contacted regarding an available job, the member can refuse the job. A member can refuse jobs XXX number of times.
The REFDISPATCHMN option is used to set up the number of job referral refusals that members are allowed, and what action should be taken after maximum refusals.
The REFDISPATCHMN option is used to set up the number of days a member must be on a job before it is considered to be a permanent job. The days can be consecutive or cumulative. You can also allow the number of temp days worked to be changed.
The REFDISPATCHMN option is used to set up the work skills selection method the affiliate wants to use when putting members on out of work lists. The member's work skills can be the same for all lists they are on, or different work skills can be selected for different out of work lists.
The REFDISPATCHMN option is used to set the flag that controls whether the affiliate drops inactive status members from out of work lists or not.
The REFDISPATCHMN option is used to set the flag that controls whether the affiliate refers jobs by skill code only or by skill code and member class.
The REFDISPATCHMN option is used to set the flag that controls whether there is a steward skill restriction (i.e. skill lag of 30 days before the skill can be used).
The REFDISPATCHMN option is used to set the flag that controls whether weekend days are counted as work days.

124.1 Referral/Dispatch Information Maintenance Input Screen and Prompts

If a default affiliate ID is provided and it is correct, you can press [Enter] to accept the default. The affiliate ID is required. The affiliate must be active, and exist in the affiliate file.
You can enter the affiliate number or enter the entire affiliate ID. After the affiliate ID is entered, the affiliate name is displayed.
A local may require that their members only call in at the beginning of the month to get on out of work lists. For example, members can only call in during the first three business days of the month.
You are asked if your members can only call in at the beginning of the month.

You are asked for the last business day of the month that the members can call in. For example, you would enter "3" if members can only call in during the first 3 business days of the month.

You are asked how you want to automatically drop referred members from out of work lists. You can drop members based on number of temp days worked, or based on the number of referrals.

If you select "Number of referrals", you will be asked for the number of referrals.

You are asked how you want to automatically drop referred members from out of work lists. You can drop members based on number of temp days worked, or based on the number of referrals.

Enter the number of referrals a member can have before they will be dropped from out of work lists.

Members can accept or be referred to temporary or permanent jobs, and work XXX number of days.
You are asked for the number of days until a referral/assignment is considered to be permanent.

You are asked if you want to use consecutive or cumulative days when counting work days.

Members can be put on one or more out of work lists. If a member is on two or more work lists, you can use the same skill codes on all the lists they are on, or you can select skill codes for each out of work list.
