After the data for the user is changed, you can add other affiliate access information, or change current access information.
If the user is a key user for some locals in the council, you can change the list of affiliates that the user is a key user for.
9.2.8 Deleting User Account Records

Select the "Delete a User Account" option to delete a user account record.
The following sections describe the prompts displayed when a user account record is deleted.
You are asked how you want to locate/access the user's record.

Select "User Name" if you want to access the user's record by entering the user name. If this option is selected, you will be asked for the user's first and last names.
Select "User ID" if you want to access the user's record by entering the user ID. If this option is selected, you will be asked for the user's ID.
After the user name or user ID is entered, the current data in the user account record is displayed. For example:

If the user has key user affiliates information, you are asked if you want to display that information.
If "Yes", a list of the key user affiliates is displayed.
9.2.10 List User Account Records

Select the "List Users" menu option to create a list of user accounts.
You are asked for the affiliate ID that you want to create a user account list for.

Enter the affiliate ID that you want to list users for.
If the affiliate is not active, a message is displayed. You can then proceed to create the list or not.
You are asked if you want to proceed with creating the user account list.

The SECKEY - Security/Key/CODS User Inquiry menu option is used to inquire on security users, key users and CODS coordinators within a council.
Note: This option can only be run by General Office users and security users.

10.1 Security/Key/CODS User Inquiry Input Screen
After SECKEY is selected from the menu, the security/key/CODS user
inquiry input screen is displayed.

10.2 Prompts and Responses
The following sections describe the prompts displayed and responses
entered when you inquire on security and key users and CODS
coordinators.
You are asked which users that you want to inquire on. These will be the users in your council.

Select "Key & Security Users" to include all security users and key users in your council.
Select "Key Users" to include only the key users.
Select "Security Users" to include only the security users.

After you select the users, you will be creating a "Master Report".
You are asked how you want to sort the selected user data.

Select one of the sort options from the menu.
You can optionally select a second field to sort by. For example, you might want to sort by affiliate ID and then user name within affiliate ID.

Select "none" or a second sort option.
The following sections describe each of the output options.
After the users are selected and the sort order is specified, you are asked if you want to proceed with creating the user report.

Select "No" to go back to the previous prompt.
Press <ESC> to abort this procedure and return to the menu.
If "Yes", the user report is created, and it can be reviewed or printed.

The RESETPC - Reset PC Configuration menu option is used to control the downloading of PC configuration information to a user's PC. When the configuration information is loaded to the PC, the user is able to do Word mail/merge labels, etc.

11.0.2 Prompts and Responses
The following prompts are displayed when you enable/disable the loading
of PC configuration information.
You are asked which of the reset options that you want to perform for the user.

Select "Force Update of PC Config Info" when the user has a new PC, or they have upgraded their operating system or Word. This option updates all the files needed for Word mail/merge, etc.
Select "Disable PC Control" when you want to stop the ULTRA downloads to the user's PC. When this is set to disabled, the user will not be able to do Word mail/merge labels, etc.
Select "Enable PC Control" to turn the ULTRA download ability back on. This option allows ULTRA to download the PC configuration information so the user can do Word mail/merge labels, etc.
You are asked how you want to access the user's record.

First, you are asked for the first name of the user.

The first name can be up to 15 characters in length.
Next, you are asked for the last name of the user.

Enter the user's last name using only alphabetical characters.
The last name can be up to 15 characters in length.

If you are forcing a PC update, you are asked:
