After the user account is added, you are asked if this user is authorized to work on other locals.
Note: This prompt is skipped if this user is a council user, because council users can work with data for any local in the council.

If this user is a key user for specific locals in the council, you are asked for the information on the locals that this key user is to have access to. See Section 9.2.6, Maintain Key User Affiliate Access for information on entering key user affiliates.
9.2.5 Other Affiliates Access Entry
If the user can access other affiliates, the following screen is
displayed:

Select "Add Other Affiliate Access" to enter new information about the affiliate(s) that the user can access.

Enter the ID of the affiliate that the user can access.
You can enter the affiliate number which is a number from 1 to 99999.
After the ID is entered, the affiliate name is displayed.
If the entered affiliate ID is not in the user's council, the entry will not be allowed. Only a General Office user can set up cross-council affiliate access.
If a General Office user has entered an affiliate ID not in the user's council, they are asked if the entry should be allowed.

9.2.5.1 Changing Other Affiliate Access Information
You can change the information regarding the other affiliates that the
user can access. To make changes, select the "Change Other Affiliate

9.2.5.3 Listing Other Affiliate Access Information
You can create a list of the other affiliates that the user can access
by selecting the "List Other Accessible Affiliates" option.

If the user is not a key user for the entire council, but only for some of the locals in the council, the following screen is displayed, and you are asked to enter the locals that the user is a key user for.

Select "Add Key User Affiliate" to enter the local affiliates that this user is a key user for.
You are asked for the ID of the local that the user is to be a key user for.

Enter the ID of the local affiliate that the user can access. You can enter the affiliate number which is a number from 1 to 99999.
After the ID is entered, the affiliate name is displayed.
You are asked if you want to add this local to the list of locals that this key user can access.

9.2.6.1 Deleting Key User Affiliates
You can delete affiliates from the key user's list of affiliates that
they are a key user for.
To delete affiliates, select the "Delete Key User Affiliate" option.

The following sections describe the prompts displayed when a user account record is changed.
You are asked how you want to locate/access the user's record.

Select "User Name" if you want to access the user's record by entering the user name. If this option is selected, you will be asked for the user's first and last names.

All the user data that was entered can be changed except for the first and last names, and the user ID.
