The GENDERSUM - Membership Summary by Gender Report lists counts of active members by gender. You can report on activity as of the end of last month, on current activity through yesterday, or on historical (prior months) activity. The report breaks down active member counts into male, female and total for each class.
Select GENDERSUM to create the membership summary by gender report.
This chapter explains how to create the summary by gender reports.
41.1 Selecting Data - the Prompts
There are slightly different prompts for local affiliate users and
council users. The following sections describe the prompts for each.
41.1.1 Local Affiliate Input Prompts
The following section describes the prompts displayed if you are a
local affiliate user.
After you select GENDERSUM from the menu, the following screen is displayed.
