The OFFELIG - Current Officer Eligibility menu option is used by affiliates to create reports of members who are current officers and their current eligibility to be officers.
The report data is sorted by member name.
This chapter explains how to create current officer eligibility reports.
44.1 Current Officer Eligibility Input Screen
After OFFELIG is selected from the menu, the current officer
eligibility input screen is displayed.

44.2 Prompts and Responses
The following sections describe the prompts displayed when you create
eligibility reports.
You are asked for the affiliate ID.
Note: If you are a local affiliate user, the affiliate ID and name are displayed, and this prompt is skipped.

If a default affiliate ID is provided and it is correct, you can press [Enter] to accept the default. Otherwise, enter the appropriate affiliate ID. After the affiliate ID is entered, the affiliate name is displayed.
"Eligible for Delegate/Officer" is displayed as the report option.
Only "Current Officers" will be reported on.
You are asked to select the offices that you want to report on.

The AVGAGE - Membership Average Age Report menu option is used to create a summary report which shows the average age of the active members of an affiliate. Average age information is shown for each class in the affiliate.
Council users can summarize the report by council or by local.
You can run the Membership Average Age Report by selecting the AVGAGE menu option on the reports menu.
45.1 Selecting Data - the Prompts
There are slightly different prompts for local affiliate users and
council users. The following sections describe the prompts for each.
45.1.1 Local Affiliate Input Prompts
The following section describes the prompts displayed if you are a
local affiliate user.
After you select AVGAGE from the menu, the following screen is displayed.

If you enter the entire affiliate ID, you must enter a three character union/organization code followed by a five digit affiliate number. For example: ubc04017
After you enter the affiliate ID, the affiliate name is displayed, and the next prompt is the "Proceed" prompt.
If you select "Entire Council" at the "Include Affiliates in" prompt, you are asked how you want to summarize the report data.
