The FINADJUST - Financial Adjustments Report menu option is used to report or inquire on debit and credit adjustments and "dues paid thru date" changes that have been created by the Member Payments, Charges Entry procedure.
You select the date range and adjustment/change transactions that you want to include on the financial adjustments audit report.
This chapter explains how to create financial adjustment reports.
69.1 Financial Adjustments Audit Report Input Screen
After FINADJUST is selected from the menu, the financial adjustments
audit report input screen is displayed.

69.2 Prompts and Responses
The following sections describe the prompts displayed and responses
entered when you create financial adjustments audit reports.
You are asked for the affiliate ID.
Note: If you are a local affiliate user, the affiliate ID and name are displayed, and this prompt is skipped.

If a default affiliate ID is provided and it is correct, you can press [Enter] to accept the default. Otherwise, enter the appropriate affiliate ID. You can enter the council's affiliate ID, or the ID of any local in the council.
After the affiliate ID is entered, the affiliate name is displayed.
You specify the time period that you want to include on the report. For example, you might want to report on a day's activity, or for a week, or for a month.
First, you are asked for the start date of the time period that you want to report on.

Enter a start date in MMDDYYYY format.

Press [Enter] to accept the default of "LAST" or enter "last" to end with the latest date.
Enter an end date in MMDDYYYY format.
You are asked for the adjustment type that you want to include.

The 10YRSTATS - 10-Year Statistics Report menu option is used to create a summary report which shows active affiliate membership counts by month, for the last 10 years.
Local users can report on membership within their local. Council users can report on one or more active locals in the council.
Summary totals are shown at the end of reports that include multiple affiliates.
You can run the 10-Year Statistics Report by selecting the 10YRSTATS menu option on the reports menu.
70.1 Selecting Data - the Prompts
There are slightly different prompts for local affiliate users and
council users. The following sections describe the prompts for each.

The following section describes the prompts displayed if you are a
local affiliate user.
After you select 10YRSTATS from the menu, the following screen is displayed.
