The 12MOSTATS - 12-Month Active Membership menu option allows you to create 12-month statistical reports for locals and councils.
The report shows active membership counts for the last 12 months, and the percentage of change.
The report data is through last month.
Select 12MOSTATS to create the 12-month active membership reports.

The GROWTH - Growth Reporting menu option creates reports of UBCJA membership growth and retention. The report shows counts by status of members added, reduced and net change.
You select which affiliates and class codes to include, time period to report on, and type of report that you want to create. Summary or detail reports can be created.
You can create reports by month, year, class, age group, craft, or only
the reactiviations.
72.1 Prompts and Responses
The following sections describe the prompts displayed and responses entered when you create growth reports.
72.1.1 Council User Entry Screen
If you are a council user, when the GROWTH menu option is selected, the

A list of the charter types that you can select from is displayed, and you are asked to select the types that you want to include.

The growth report is created for a specific time period. You are asked for the start and end months and years that you want to report on.
First, you are asked for the start month and year.

The start month/year can NOT be prior to 01/1995 because no statistics data exists prior to January 1, 1995. The month/year must be earlier than the current month/year.
Enter a start month/year in the format MM/YYYY (e.g. 01/2000).

The end month/year must be the same as or later than the start month/year, and it can not be a future month/year.
The default end month/year is last month.
Press [Enter] to accept the default end month/year, or enter an end month/year in MM/YYYY format (e.g. 05/2000).
