You are asked for the member name or member ID that you want to inquire on.
You can inquiry on remittances for a single member or all members.

If you want to inquire on a single member, enter the member's name or ID.
You specify the start and end employer remittance entry dates, of the time period you want to inquire on. For example, you might want to inquire on remittances that were entered 10-1-1998 thru 10-31-1998.
First, you are asked for the beginning date of the date range.

The PCEXPORT menu option is used to create a comma-delimited file consisting of member information, that can be downloaded to your PC.
The output file name is PC_EXPORT_xxxxx.TXT. xxxxx is the ID, the part of the file name that you provide. For example, the name might be PC_EXPORT_12031998.TXT or PC_EXPORT_MEMBERS.TXT or PC_EXPORT_1203_MEMBERS.
Member data for one or more affiliates can be included in the export file. You determine which members to include by specifying various selection criteria. The criteria options are:
active or inactive members or all
members or non-members or all
class codes
status codes
can include skill codes or not
can include political district information or not
This chapter describes how to create member PC export files.
To create PC export files, select the PCEXPORT menu item.
84.1 PC Export Input Screen
After you select PCEXPORT from the menu, the PC export input screen is
displayed.

84.2 Selecting Member Data - the Prompts
After the PC export input screen is displayed, you are asked about the
member data to be included in the file. This section describes the
prompts and responses.
Note: If you are a local affiliate user, the affiliate ID and name are displayed, and this prompt is skipped.
If you are, for example, a council user, you can include member data from one or more affiliates in your council, in the output file.
You are asked which affiliate IDs to include.

Press [Enter] to accept the default of "ALL" to include all affiliates that you have access to.
Enter a valid affiliate ID number. For example: 1444 or ubc01444
Enter a list of valid, comma-separated affiliate ID numbers. Examples: 408,1327,1444 or ubc00408,ubc01327,ubc01444
You are asked if you want to include active and/or inactive members.

Note: As you enter responses, your selections are displayed in the upper portion of the screen. If you need to go back to a previous prompt and make a change, continuously press <F2> until you are at the prompt you want to change.
You are asked if you want to include members and/or non-members.

A list of class codes is displayed, and you are asked for the codes to include.

You can select one, several or all class codes.
Select "all" to include all class codes, or select the specific codes you want to include.
To select one or more class codes, select each code you want from the list of codes - one at a time. As each code is selected, it is displayed in the top portion of the screen.
Should you wish to remove one or more of the selected codes, you can use the "Remove Class Code" option to remove the codes.
Select "accept current default" when you are done selecting and removing class codes.
Use the "reset" option to erase the current selections and start over.
You are asked for the status codes you want to include.
Note: The responses to the active/inactive and member/non-member prompts determine which status codes are displayed as selections. For example, if you select "active" and "member", you could have the following status codes displayed:

You are asked if you want to include member data AND skill code data, or just member data.

The actual output file name is PC_EXPORT_xxxxx.TXT. xxxxx is the ID, the part of the file name that you provide. For example, the full file name could be PC_EXPORT_10242002.TXT or PC_EXPORT_MEMBERS.TXT or PC_EXPORT_1024_MEMBERS.TXT.

Press [Enter] to accept the default output file ID.
Enter the ID you want to give to the output file.
The ID can be up to 15 characters in length.
You can use letters, numbers, the underscore character (_), and the dash (-).
After you enter the ID, the full export file name is displayed.
You are asked if you want to proceed with the export file creation.

Select "No" to go back to the export file name prompt.
Press <ESC> to abort this procedure.
If "Yes", the PC export file generation process is started. If no member data is found for the entered criteria, a message is displayed and you can enter other criteria and try again.
As the export file is being created, processing messages are displayed.
