You are asked if you want to include members who have their dues remitted by employers 100% of the time.

Select "all" to include all members regardless of how their dues are remitted.
Select "Include 100% Employer Dues Remit Only" to INCLUDE ONLY those members who have their dues remitted by employers 100% of the time.
Select "Exclude 100% Employer Dues Remit" if you want to EXCLUDE those members who have their dues remitted by employers 100% of the time.
You can select members by "transfer out" date range.
First, you are asked for the beginning date of the date range.

Enter a beginning date in MMDDYYYY format.

You can select members who have good or bad addresses.

Select "No" to include all members regardless of whether they are PAC donors or not.
You are asked if you only want to include members who are working in the trade (i.e. working at trade flag is "Y").

Select "Include All" to include all members regardless of their "working in trade" status.

You are asked if you only want to include members who were in a specific previous affiliate.

Enter the ID of the last affiliate that you want to include members from.
Note: If you are a General Office user, you are asked if you want to include donation policy letter information.

If "Yes", the process searches for members that meet your selection criteria.
The system has searched for members that meet the selection criteria you specified. The number of members found is shown at the bottom of the screen, and you are asked if you want to review the list of members.

Select the data field items, one at a time, that you want to include.
As you select each item, the export fields information is updated. For example, after "Member Name" is selected from the menu, the screen shows:

Select the "accept current default" item when you have completed your selections.
Use the "Remove Export Field" option if you want to remove a currently selected field item.
Use the "reset" option if you want to erase your selections, and start over with the field selection process.
You are asked if you want to include alternate contact information in the export file.

Select "Yes" if you do want to include alternate contact information.
Select "No" to not include alternate contact information.
If "Yes", alternate contact information will be included for those members who have alternate contacts.
You are asked for the export file ID. A default ID is provided.
The actual output file name is CUSTOM_EXPORT_xxxxx.TXT. xxxxx is the ID, the part of the file name that you provide. For example, the full file name could be CUSTOM_EXPORT_MEMBERS.TXT, etc.

Press [Enter] to accept the default export file ID.
Enter the ID you want to give to the export file.
The ID can be up to 15 characters in length.
You can use letters, numbers, the underscore character (_), and the dash (-).
After you enter the ID, the full export file name is displayed.
You are asked if you want to proceed with creating the export file.

The first record in the output export file is a header record which contains a comma-separated string of field IDs. The following shows what a header record might look like:

After you have created the PC export file, you can download the file to your PC.
