The XREFEXPORT - Cross Reference Export menu option is used to create an export file of member SSN/SIN numbers cross referenced with UBC ID numbers.
Select XREFEXPORT to create ID cross reference export files.
Note: The Cross Reference Export menu option can only be run by security users.

88.2 Prompts and Responses
The following sections describe the prompts displayed when you create
cross reference export files.
If you are a council user, you are asked which affiliates in your council that you want to include. The default is "all" local affiliates.

Press [Enter] to select "all" local affiliates.
Enter a single affiliate ID, or enter a list of affiliate IDs separated by commas. Press the "DO" key when you are finished entering IDs. For example: 111,222,333
If a council ID is entered, all locals in the council will be included.
You are asked if you want to include all members, or only those members who were added, re-initiated or transferred in since you last created the export file.

Select "Update File" to only include new/updated members processed since you created the last export file.
If you select "Full File", you will be prompted for more information about which members to include.
You are asked which zip codes or postal codes that you want to include. The default is "all" codes.

If "Yes", the export file is created.
After the export file is created, the following message is displayed:

The EXPEMAIL - Export Member Email Addresses menu option is used by affiliates to create an export file of email addresses for members. The export file contains the last name, first name and email address for each selected member. The members are selected by parameter entry. After the export file is created, it can be downloaded to the user's PC.
This chapter explains how to select members and create an export file of member email addresses.

The following sections describe the prompts displayed when you are
selecting data and creating an export file of member email addresses.
As you enter your responses, your selections are displayed in the upper portion of the screen.
You are asked for the affiliate ID.
Note: If you are a local affiliate user, the affiliate ID and name are displayed, and this prompt is skipped.

You can report on one, several or all affiliate IDs.
To report on a single affiliate, enter an affiliate number - a number from 1 to 99999, or enter the complete affilite ID - i.e. UBC00123.
To report on all affiliates, enter "ALL".
To report on several affiliates, enter the affiliate numbers or complete affiliate IDs separated by commas. For example:

You are asked for the class codes you want to include.
