The salesperson often needs to look at only one prospect. The Sales System allows this to be done on an individual basis by company name, phone number or contact name. This item is useful, for example, when a salesperson receives a call from a prospect. The prospect's account record can instantly be accessed to check the status and to handle the prospect's new requests. The Sales System allows you to:

4.4 Access the Prospect
To access ONE prospect, at the Master Menu Item prompt, enter PCALL:

4.5 Enter the Organization Name
Next, you are prompted for the organization name. At the Organization prompt, enter the name of the organization, XYZ Labs. If you do not have the organization name, but instead have a phone number or contact person's name, you can do a "search." Please see Appendix for procedures on completing a search.
