RESUME - TO RESUME MAKING CALLS

5.1 Overview

You may sometimes be interrupted when making a series of calls to prospects. For example, another prospect may call you to ask for additional information about a product.

The Sales System allows you to to jump to this new prospect's record without losing your place in the series of calls you were making. You can help your caller. Then, when you have finished, you can instantly return to calling your list of prospects.

Example:

Suppose you are about to call XYZ Labs, one of your prospects on the list to be called. You are looking at the XYZ Co. Calls screen:
