MANAGER FUNCTIONS
12.1 Overview
There are certain functions in the Sales System that only a manager has
the authority to use. As a sales manager, you can:
-
- make salesperson changes (add, change, or delete salespersons)
- assume other salespersons' id's in order to access their account
records.
- reassign and move prospects to and between salespersons.
- generate reports on the workload of a particular salesperson.
- review leads to determine the status of these leads.
- make a report on data integrity.
- generate sales summary reports by salesperson and product.
12.2 A Typical Manager Functions Session
Example:
Suppose you, Elizabeth, as manager, want to ADD or REASSIGN Customers
to another salesperson. To do this, first, you need to access Manager
Functions.

To access the Manager Functions Master Menu that gives you choices of
manager functions, at the Sales System Master Menu Item prompt, enter
