Suppose you want to print out a report on the status of the current week's sales progress. At the Manager Menu Item prompt, enter WOR:

Next, you see the first screen used to generate a Workload Report. To generate a report on the status of sales for all salespersons, choose the default, ALL. To generate a report on one salesperson, e.g., Bob, enter BOB. Next, you receive a message telling you that the report is being generated. The total count of records is given:

A group of prospects may not have responded to salespersons' calls for
a period of time (predetermined by the Sales Manager). The manager
needs to review these prospects to see if further effort to contact
them is warranted.
12.9 To Check DATA INTEGRITY
The Sales System offers the manager a unique procedure for checking the accuracy of data. For example, a check can be done to determine if data that has been entered into the database by an operator has been entered correctly. This is useful, for example, if a company with the same name is listed but has a slightly different address listed in two places.
Suppose you want to check data entered during the current week to see if it is correct. At the Manager Menu Item prompt, enter DAT:

Next, you see the first screen used to check data integrity. Shortly, you see a message saying the program is being loaded into your account. Next, messages appear saying that the program is being generated:

Next, you are asked if you want to proceed (see your report). To proceed, enter Y, otherwise, enter N. When you proceed, you see a message indicating the progress of the data check and the number of problems found:
