The EMPJOBSITE - Employer/Job Site Inquiry menu option is used to inquire and report on contractors/employers and job sites.
You determine which contractors/employers and job sites to include by specifying various selection criteria. The criteria options are:
specific contractors/employers or all
active, inactive or all contractors/employers
specific contracts or all
skill codes
completed/uncompleted jobs
jobs with open referrals or not
Select the EMPJOBSITE menu option to create contractor/employer job site inquiry reports.
This chapter describes how to create employer/job site inquiry reports.
95.1 Employer/Job Site Inquiry Input Screen
After you select EMPJOBSITE from the menu, the employer/job site input
screen is displayed.

95.2 Selecting Employer/Job Site Data - the Prompts
After the employer/job site inquiry input screen is displayed, you are
asked for the employers and job sites to be included on the inquiry
report. The following section describes the prompts and responses.
Note: If you are a local affiliate user, the affiliate ID and name are displayed, and this prompt is skipped.
Affiliate ID? ________ |
If a default affiliate ID is provided and it is correct, you can press [Enter] to accept the default. Otherwise, enter the appropriate affiliate ID.
The affiliate ID is required. The affiliate must be active, and exist in the affiliate file.
You can enter the affiliate number which is a number from 1 to 99999, or enter the entire affiliate ID.
After the affiliate ID is entered, the affiliate name is displayed.
You are asked for the contractor ID.

Enter "all" to include all contractors on the inquiry.
Enter one or more characters of the contractor ID or short name.
If more than one contractor ID begins with the entered characters, a menu of contractors is displayed. You can then select a contractor from the list. For example:

You can enter one or more contractors.
Note: As you enter responses, your selections are displayed in the upper portion of the screen. If you need to go back to a previous prompt and make a change, continuously press <F2> until you are at the prompt you want to change.
You are asked if you only want to include active contractors/employers.

Select "Active" to only include active contractors/employers.
Select "Inactive" to only include inactive contractors/employers.
Select "All" to include all contractors/employers regardless of their status.
A list of the contracts is displayed, and you are asked to select the contracts that you want to inquire on.

Select one or more skill codes from the menu.
You are asked if you want to include only uncompleted jobs, or all jobs on the inquiry.

Select "No" to include all jobs on the inquiry.
You are asked if you want to include only jobs with open referrals (i.e. open positions) on the inquiry.

Select "Yes" if you want to include only the jobs which have open referrals.
Select "No" to include all jobs regardless of referral status.
Note: If "No", the skill type and skill code selections are ignored.
You are asked if you want to print the job site address on the report.

Select "No" if you do not want the site address printed.
You are asked if you want to proceed with the inquiry report creation.

You determine which employers/contractors to create labels for by specifying selection criteria.
1-up, 2-up and 3-up labels can be created.
Select EMPLABEL to create employer/contractor labels.

You can select contractors who have current contracts or no contracts, or all contractors regardless of whether they have contracts or not.
You are asked to select the contractors you want to include.

Select "all" to include all contractors regardless of whether they have current/expired contracts or not.

You can include contracts with "re-open talks" dates in a specific time period. You specify the start and end dates of the time period.
First, you are asked for the beginning date of the "re-open talks" date range.

You can include contracts that expire during a specific time period. You specify the start and end dates of the time period.
