You can select specific user names to include on the report or include all the user names.

Select ALL if you want to include ALL the user names. | |

You can enter a single user name or a comma-separated list of user names. You can also use the asterisk (*) character as a wildcard. Here are some examples:

To select LAT addresses that begin with LAT 1, enter:
To select IP domain names that end in .COM and IP addresses that end in .3, enter:
For example, if *.COM is entered,

Enter ALL to include all locations. For this example, "ALL" is entered.
The selected locations are displayed in the report "Selection Criteria" box.

You select the report type you want to create.

The options are:
Summary Report | Shows the count of recordings and percent of the total count, within your selection criteria, for the first sort field specified. | |
Detail Report | Prints one line per recording. The detail report level breaks on the first sort field specified. The report shows user name, date, time, location, size in K bytes (a K byte is 1024 bytes) and count. |
Your selection is displayed in the "Report Type" box.

You can:
Select Yes to create the report. | |
Select No to go back to the report type prompt (the previous prompt). | |
Select Exit to abandon report creation and return to the Reports menu. |
If you wish to go back and change some information, select NO to go back to the previous prompt, or press the \ (backslash) key until you back up to the item you want to change. |
If you elect to create the report, the report is generated and you are asked for an output option (see Section 5.6.2, Report Output Options). After the report has been output, you are returned to the Reports menu.
If no recordings are found for the report criteria, the message:
No recorded sessions for given criteria
is displayed, and you are asked for other recording report criteria.
The following is an example of a Summary Recordings Report:

9.2 Browser Accesses Report
The Browser Accesses menu option creates the Browser
Accesses Report. This is a report of browser activity since a
user-specified date.

After you select the Browser Accesses menu option, the following screen is displayed and you are asked for an access date.

This procedure looks for URLs that browsers have accessed on and since the date you specify. The default access date is today's date.
Press [Return] to accept the default date of today.
If you want to use a different date, enter the date in MMDDYYYY format.
Your selection is shown at the top of the screen.
You are asked for a browser domain name or IP address.

Enter a browser domain name or an IP address and then press [Return]. You can enter up to ten domain names and/or IP addresses. Be sure to press [Return] after each entry.
Your selections are shown on the screen as you enter them.

A menu of the entered domain names and/or IP addresses is displayed.

To get a list of the URLs accessed by a browser, select a browser from the menu.
If, for example, the browser "TEET.CTS.COM" is selected from the menu of browsers, a list of the URL's the browser accessed on and since the access date is displayed.

At this point, you can:
Select Report to create a report of the displayed browser/URL information. The report is generated and you are asked for an output option (see Section 5.6.2, Report Output Options).

After the report is created, the list of URLs is again displayed.
When the list of URLs is displayed, you can select different URLs and get a list of browsers who have accessed the URL since the access date. For example, if the URL:

After the report is created, the list of URLs is again displayed.
You can create reports of other URL activities or back up to the browser menu and select other browsers to report on.
To exit this report procedure, back up to the browser prompt and enter "EXIT". You will be returned to the Reports menu.
9.3 URL Accesses Report
The URL Accesses menu option creates the URL Accesses
Report. This is a report of browsers who have accessed a specific URL
since a given date.
