9.9 Top URL Accesses Report

The URL Accesses menu option creates a report of URL accesses.

The Top URL Accesses Report shows, in descending order, the most accessed URLs. The report information includes:
  Count Number of times the URL has been accessed
  URL Name of the URL
  Last Access Date and time of the last access
  Percent Percentage of the total count of all URLs

Report Creation

When you select the URL Accesses report menu option, the report is generated and you are asked for an output option (see Section 5.6.2, Report Output Options).

Explore Option

The Explore option which appears on the Output Options menu, allows you to get further information about the URLs shown on the Top URL Accesses Report.

When Explore is selected, a menu of URLs is displayed. You can then select one of the URLs and get a report of browsers who have accessed the URL. You can also get a report of other URLs the browsers on the list, have accessed.

When you select the Explore option, you are placed into the "URL accesses" procedure which is explained in detail in Section 9.3, URL Accesses Report.

9.10 Top URL Connection Report

The URL Connection menu option creates a report of IP and URL connection activity.

The Top URL Connection Report shows, in descending order, the most active network connections between IP addresses and URLs. The report information includes:
  Count Number of times the IP address accessed the URL
  Browser's IP IP address of the browser
  URL Name of the URL
  Last Access Date and time of the last access
  Percent Percentage of the total count

Report Creation

When you select the URL Connection report menu option, the report is generated and you are asked for an output option (see Section 5.6.2, Report Output Options).

9.11 Top Email by Count Report

The Email menu option creates a report by count of addresses which have sent and/or received Email.

The Top Email Report shows, in descending order, the most active email addresses by count. These are the addresses which have sent and/or received email. The report information includes:
  Count Number of email messages sent and/or received
  Address Email address
  Last Access Date and time of the last message
  Percent Percentage of the total count of all email

Email Type

After you select Email from the Top reports menu, you are asked for the type of email to include on the report.

  Select Combined to include addresses which have sent and received email.

The Email by Volume menu option creates a report by K bytes of addresses which have sent and/or received email.

The Email - by Volume - Report shows, in descending order, the most active email addresses by K bytes. The report information includes:
  K bytes Number of K bytes of the email messages sent and/or received
  Address Email address
  Last Access Date and time of the last message
  Percent Percentage of the total K bytes of all email

After you select Email by Volume from the Top reports menu, you are asked for the type of email to include on the report.
